前身為始創(chuàng)于1996年的浙江大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院童根樹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工作室,具有建筑行業(yè)(建筑工程)甲級資質(zhì),業(yè)務(wù)遍布全國,承接了眾多高層超高層建筑、大跨場館建筑、裝配式建筑等的設(shè)計及顧問咨詢工作。
在職員工100余人,其中高級職稱及以上25人、博士8人、國家一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)師14人、其他注冊類12人。團(tuán)隊設(shè)計經(jīng)驗豐富,從事項目類型涵蓋居住建筑、辦公建筑、綜合體、星級酒店、商業(yè)建筑、教育科研等。
秉承“規(guī)范、創(chuàng)新、優(yōu)化、節(jié)材”理念,服務(wù)客戶包括以綠城、濱江、龍湖、萬科、保利、融創(chuàng)為代表的30余家國內(nèi)知名房產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè),自主研發(fā)的隱式框架專利體系在全國20余個省市落地項目175余個。
